30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Products that have been damaged by misuse or improper handling are not eligible.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at admin@inrestly.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5‑7 business days. Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order.
